With a proven track record in international trade, firstly as Executive Manager of an import-export company, followed as Prokurist of an international project management enterprise, Raphael is an asset to the growing company. 

​As a Founder and CEO he is tasked with the responsibility of creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction of the company.

Manuel has a family background deeply rooted in oil and gas. A native of the Dominican Republic, he has vast experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the industry. 

His close ties with several NOCs and trading companies in the Caribbean and Latin America add a tremendous amount of value to the organization.​

In his role as Managing Director: Latin America, he leads the overall activities of the group in the region. 

In his home region, the Middle East, Soran has successfully led two trading companies. After having resided in Germany for a couple of years, he is currently assisting RRS-IBM on the ground again in growing our footprint in the Middle East.

His proficiency in Farsi, Kurdish, German, Arabic and English makes him a useful tool in ensuring a seamless integration in language and culture with our stakeholders in the Middle East.
